Under the ethos of "Craftsmanship Embodies Spirit, Excellence Defines Duty", the 2023 Skill Training Seminar co-organized by Wuhan Weite and Hubei Changjiang Luqiao Equipment Technology Branch successfully convened at Wuhan Weite’s facility.
In his opening address, Mr. Liu Xuewen, Chairman of Wuhan Weite, expressed:
"We are honored that Changjiang Luqiao chose our facility for this training. Your presence inspires us. This program delivers targeted, practical upskilling – we urge all participants to immerse themselves, learn earnestly, and apply these vital techniques."

During hands-on sessions, leadership from Hubei Changjiang Luqiao Co., Ltd. engaged deeply with trainees on-site, emphasizing:
"Actively internalize instructors' guidance. Raise questions immediately if concepts are unclear – ensure every lesson translates to practical application."
This three-day program culminated with Changjiang Luqiao executives formally endorsing the integrated theory-practice model as a "benchmark for industry upskilling".
